Payment Policy
To reserve a spot, a non-refundable booking fee of $200 is required upon booking on a payment plan. Options to pay full amount of $1499 upfront, $325 monthly (4 payments) or $100 weekly (13 payments) are available. Full payment (the balance) must be made within 30 days of the retreat start date. Prices are per person and are all inclusive but do not include travel to and from The Haven. There is adequate safe parking on site at the Haven but consider carpooling.
Ready Retreats Cancellations Definitions
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. “You” refers to the guest booking a Ready Retreat. “We” refers to Ready Retreats. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making your retreat booking. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Guest Cancellation Policy
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule (“the Cancellation fee schedule”):
- If you cancel 60 days or more before your retreat start date, you will be refunded (less and bank fees) the full retreat amount (minus your $200 booking fee);
- If you cancel 30 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.
Ready Retreats Cancellation Policy
If Ready Retreats must cancel for any reason you’re entitled to transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat date (either or scheduled or at some future time) Alternatively you may request a refund or your applicable payment, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your retreat.
Ready Retreats is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
If an event is needed to be postponed due to circumstances out of our control you will be provided with your choice of a place on the new event date or a 100% credit voucher to use on a future retreat.
Third Parties
Ready Retreats holds no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including in the event that they modify the nature of a service on a retreat as compared with the advertised nature of the service.
General Waiver
You acknowledge that during a retreat you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the retreat organizers, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Ready Retreats arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a retreat.
Photo/Video Release Form
I hereby grant to Ready Retreats the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which I feature that are taken during the course of the retreat to use / republish / copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Ready Retreats business. I hereby release and discharge Ready Retreats from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
