R-XFIT

R-XFIT is a 45 minute, high intensity workout that focuses on Strength & Conditioning.

We will hit all major fitness domains including cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Recommended for all fitness levels, please advise the trainer of any injuries within 10minutes prior to class.
