What time is the club open?

24 Hrs – 365 days a year for members. Reception is open from 5am – 6.30pm weekdays and 8 – 11.30am Saturdays.

Are Group Classes included in my membership?

Yes! All Group Fitness Classes are included in your membership. No need to book or bring anything, simply decide on your class and turn up, we have everything you need. See Group Class Schedule here

Can I use The Outdoor Arena as part of my membership?

Yes! The Outdoor Arena is included in your membership and is accessible to members 24Hrs. Simply swipe your keytag at the entrance gate to gain access.

Is Creche’ available as part of my membership?

Sure is! Our fully qualified Creche’ team will play and entertain your little ones while you get your sweat on. 8.30 – 11.30am Mon to Sat and 3.30 – 6.30pm Weekdays. Bookings required.

Can I bring a friend to workout with me?

Working out with a buddy is always more fun. Members can bring a friend for a complimentary 3-Day Trial so you can show them our fitness experience.

Can I freeze my membership?

Of course. We know that sometimes you may need a break so simply let us know by close of business on the Sunday before your next direct debit and we’ll pop your membership on freeze. 12 weeks entitled per annum and if freeze is applied within minimum term, the term is extended by that length of time.

How can I cancel my membership?

Simply contact Debitsuccess on 1800 148 848 to let us know and they will cancel your membership. An early termination fee will apply if the cancellation is within minimum commitment period and 30 days notice applies from date of cancellation notice.

Can I claim my membership on my health insurance?

Yes, depending on your cover and your provider so chat to yours. Simply contact reception for your tax invoice.
